What happens after the 14-day trial?

You'll need to subscribe to a paid plan to continue. No credit card is required to start the trial.

Can I switch plans at any time?

Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades apply at the end of your current billing period.

How does the AI work?

We use multiple AI tiers from fast inference to frontier reasoning. Higher plans unlock more powerful AI. Enterprise plans include intelligent routing that automatically selects the best tier for each ticket.

How does the ticket limit work?

Each ticket your AI processes counts toward your monthly limit. The counter resets on your billing date. If you hit the limit, the AI pauses until the next cycle or you upgrade.

Is my WHMCS data secure?

Absolutely. All credentials are encrypted with AES-256. Each tenant's data is fully isolated. We never access your WHMCS directly — the processing engine runs on your behalf using your API credentials.

Do you support non-WHMCS platforms?

Currently we are WHMCS-only, purpose-built for hosting companies. Support for other platforms is on our roadmap.
